SECURITY
Privacy-First Depth Imaging
VisionPresence is a non-RGB depth sensor with on-premises analytics, for room or corridor presence used in lighting and HVAC setbacks. In dwelling units it is opt-in by the tenant, tenant-controllable and off by default. It is not a life-safety or medical device. NFC SecureHome locks: local credential issue and revoke at turnover, an on-premises audit log, and mechanical free egress at all times. Designed to minimize identifiability: Fotonara edge functions run on premises; no imaging, presence or access data needs to leave the building. Each dwelling unit has its own local Thread network; the building backbone is wired. Owners may present the safety architecture to their insurer for underwriting consideration.

Native DC Appliances
DC-native appliances and climate equipment, with code-required AC receptacles supplied through an in-unit inverter. Nara FR-1 governed-demand controller. Per-unit governed demand, validated for defined climate bands; site-specific engineering required. Life-safety devices are supplied independently of FR-1 load management per code.
